The Erba H560 5-Part Differential Hematology Analyzer is a fully automated, high-performance diagnostic system designed for accurate and efficient Complete Blood Count (CBC) analysis in medium to high-volume laboratories. It utilizes advanced tri-angle laser-based flow cytometry for precise white blood cell (WBC) differentiation and electrical impedance technology for accurate red blood cell (RBC) and platelet counting, ensuring reliable and reproducible results. The system is capable of measuring up to 36 parameters, including advanced clinical markers such as NLR (Neutrophil-Lymphocyte Ratio), NRBC (Nucleated Red Blood Cells), and CWBC, supporting improved clinical decision-making and early disease detection. With a low sample volume requirement of just 15 µL, it is ideal for pediatric and geriatric testing, while maintaining a high throughput of up to 60 samples per hour for efficient workflow. Technically, the analyzer features a 10.4-inch color touchscreen interface for intuitive operation, multiple sample modes (whole blood, capillary, and pre-diluted), and large data storage capacity of up to 100, 000 results with graphical outputs. It incorporates cyanide-free hemoglobin measurement, three-part reagent system for cost-effective operation, and advanced software with quality control tools such as Levey-Jennings charts and X-bar analysis. The system supports bidirectional LIS connectivity, QR code scanning for QC management, and provides 3 histograms and multiple scattergrams for detailed cell analysis. With robust build specifications (approx. 364 × 498 × 431 mm dimensions and 26.5 kg weight) and standard power requirements (100–240V AC), the H560 ensures stable performance in diverse laboratory environments.
