The Mindray BS-240Pro Fully Automatic Chemistry Analyzer is a compact, bench-top, random-access clinical chemistry system designed for high-performance laboratory diagnostics. It includes an automatic cuvette washing system using pre-warmed detergent and deionized water to ensure minimal carryover and high accuracy. The analyzer is equipped with an advanced optical system using a halogen-tungsten lamp and 12 wavelengths (340–800 nm), delivering reliable and precise absorbance readings across multiple assays. For sample and reagent management, the BS-240Pro offers up to 80–100 positions for samples and reagents with refrigerated compartments (2–12°C), allowing continuous loading and improved workflow efficiency. It supports STAT sample priority, enabling urgent samples to be processed without interrupting routine operations. The system also includes features such as automatic dilution, liquid level detection, probe collision protection, and optional barcode scanning, enhancing automation and reducing human error. Additionally, the analyzer is designed for operational convenience with low reagent consumption, minimal water usage (≤6.5 L/hour), and user-friendly software with LIS connectivity for seamless data management. It supports a wide range of sample types including serum, plasma, urine, and other body fluids, making it suitable for hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, and research facilities.
